THIRDlevel Crisis Services provides crisis counseling, problem assistance, information and referral to the people of Northern Michigan

  • 24-hour availability, every day of the year, including holidays. 
     

  • Services are provided free of charge.
     

  • Services are confidential.
          

  • Counseling and referral information provided over the phone or face-to-face.
     

  •  Anonymity is respected.
     

  • Access to emergency service workers from 7 community mental health agencies.
     

  •  Access to Youth and Family Service and Street Outreach Services counselors.
